As technology evolves, certain features reach the end of their lifecycle, and it has become evident that the era of this specific synchronization method has passed. Newer, more efficient methods of automation have emerged that render the legacy Cloud Sync architecture obsolete.

Effective December 31, 2025, the Cloud Sync service will no longer be available. Until that date, the service will remain fully operational to allow users time to migrate. We strongly recommend transitioning to our command-line interface tool, NBCMD.exe. This tool is not merely a replacement; it is a comprehensive upgrade. NBCMD.exe supports every function previously available through Cloud Sync and offers significantly expanded capabilities, allowing for deeper integration and more complex automation scenarios than were possible with the previous system.

Retiring the Cloud Sync feature allows us to remove legacy code and reduce application complexity, resulting in a leaner and more stable product. We understand this requires a shift in workflow for users who relied on the old sync mechanism, but we are confident that the flexibility provided by NBCMD.exe will offer a superior long-term solution for network rule management and synchronization.
