If your copy of NetBalancer doesn't have direct internet access then you can activate by email using this page.

Activation code: this is the code we already sent you by email after purchase.
Machine name: the name of the computer.
Machine ID: a number that identifies your computer, in NetBalancer>Help>About.
Email: your email, we'll send the manual activation code to it.
